Former Chelsea FC and Premier League footballer James Ashton has pivoted to gaming as the Founder & CEO of Planet-X and Core Contributor to Gallaxia. The project is a gaming and entertainment studio built on proprietary blockchain infrastructure, offering shared ownership to gamers, creators, and community members. This model challenges traditional centralized publishers by leveraging blockchain for game assets, rewards, and participation rights.

Gallaxia has onboarded 50 co-owners, including professional gamers and digital creators with a combined audience reach of over 200 million followers and 30 billion video views. This network serves as a built-in distribution engine for the ecosystem's games, which include a location-based mobile treasure hunt, the hyper-casual One Pixel, and upcoming console and PC titles.

The ecosystem features the Gallaxium Bar, a digital asset granting co-ownership rights and revenue shares, alongside a native token for platform use. The initiative underscores the growing convergence of gaming, blockchain, and decentralized ownership models.
